Криза дорослішання: чому віра у власні сили — це ознака незрілості?
10 ступенів розвитку упования — від немовляти до пророка

We are accustomed to considering self-sufficiency the pinnacle of maturity. However, the sources assert the opposite: belief in your own strength is merely one of the intermediate stages of development, not its peak.
Stages of Dependence
A person passes through natural stages: an infant is completely dependent on the mother — she is their entire world. Then the child discovers the father and begins to rely on both parents. As they grow, the teenager begins to believe in their own strength — it seems to them that they can provide everything necessary for themselves. This stage is perceived by society as "maturity," but in reality it is only the fourth stage out of ten.
The Error of the "Strong Individual"
The one who stopped at the "I can do it myself" stage is like a teenager who thinks they already know everything about life. Belief in one's own strength is not wisdom but a form of ignorance: the person simply hasn't yet encountered a situation where their resources prove powerless. True maturity is a return to the Creator, but a conscious one. Not like an infant who depends on the mother out of helplessness, but like a sage who understood: everything I achieved "on my own" was given to me from Above. The highest stage is the understanding that your efforts are merely decoration, and the Director of the play is God.
