With regard to the inner conflicts about which you write, you know of course, that one of the basic instructions of our Torah, Toras Chayim, is ‫תמים תהי’ עם ה’ אלקיך‬.19 Which means that a Jew should go about his daily life with perfect faith in G-d. 11 We should not question G-d’s wisdom; Logically we cannot understand G-d’s ways; Analogy of the child and the scientist; This realization itself is a channel to receive blessing for the removal of that which is causing the doubt Eliminating Anxiety........................................................................ Our sages tell us that this means that a Jew should go about his daily life complete and wholehearted faith in G-d and in His benevolent Providence, which extends to everyone individually.1 In the following collection of letters, the Rebbe responds to individuals who wrote to him on various issues – from horoscopes to anxiety and beyond – by expounding on the meaning of this verse. * * * We take this opportunity to turn to our readers and ask anyone who may have letters from the Rebbe in their possession to kindly consider sharing them with us, thereby enabling countless individuals around the world to benefit from the timeless wisdom and counsel they contain.
