With this the Yitav Lev explains the passuk '‫ שפכי כמים לבך נכח פני ה‬that Dovid Hamelech is saying pour out your heart like the water opposite Hashem. To this Sotah potion was added dirt from the Mishkan for the dirt also feels the Shechinah as well,
