The Kaftos Vaferach explains: it is "on this path" that you shall not again travel — meaning, the route the Yidden took from Mitzrayim to Eretz Yisroel; but though another path — not from Eretz Yisroel to Egypt, it would be permitted. What change was there in the signature of the Rambam between the time he lived in Mitzrayim and when he lived in other coun- tries?
