The next verse in Psalms states that Hashem grants the Jewish people their ‘portion’, ‫כי חק לישראל הוא‬, that Hashem grants revelations of the Divine to every Jewish man and woman, and also material flows, from Hashem’s full and 8 When Adam was created, he included Eve. Considering the spiritual ladder going higher and higher, it is the inwardness of Divine Speech (which actually creates the all realms), the inwardness of the Divine Attributes7, the inwardness of the ‘Mind’ (the Sefirot Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge), and the inwardness of the Divine Delight [which is the source of the entire process of Creation].
