The first millennium corresponds to loving-kindness (chessed), because “His loving- kindness is everlasting” 4 (‫ ;)כִּ י לְ ע ֹולָם חַ סְ דּ ֹו‬the beginning of Creation was marked by God’s loving-kindness, 5 which allowed for the extended lifespan of those early generations.
