The Alter Rebbe will explain the answers to these questions in this maamar: ‫ וַיֹאמֶׁ ר‬,‫"וַ ִּי ְק ָרא מֹשֶׁ ה אֶׁ ל כָל יִשְׂ ָראֵ ל‬ “Moshe called to all of Yisrael (the Jewish People), and he said to them: '‫ אַ תֶׁ ם ְׂראִ יתֶׁ ם אֵ ת כָל אֲשֶׁ ר עָשָ ה ה‬:‫אֲ לֵהֶׁ ם‬ You have seen all that Hashem has ‫לְׂעֵ ינֵיכֶׁ ם בְׂ אֶׁ ֶׁרץ מִ צְׂ ַריִם לְׂ פ ְַׂרעֹה ולְׂ כָל עֲ בָדָ יו ולְׂ כָל‬ done before your eyes in the land of ‫ הַ מַ סוֹת הַ גְׂדוֹ ל ֹת אֲשֶׁ ר ָראו עֵ ינֶׁי ָך‬,'‫אַ ְׂרצוֹ כו‬ Egypt, to Pharoh and to his all of his '‫ וְׂ ל ֹא נָתַ ן ה‬,'‫הָ אֹ תֹת וְׂ הַ מֹפְׂ תִ ים הַ גְׂ דֹלִים הָ הֵ ם כו‬ servants, and to all the people of his ַ‫ וְׂ עֵ ינַ יִם ל ְִׂראוֹת וְׂ אָ זְׂ נַיִם לִשְׂ מֹע‬,‫לָכֶׁ ם לֵב לָדַ עַ ת‬ land.
