When a Jewish child thinks of his mother, one thing that stands out is something that his mother, specifically, does - lighting ‫ שבת‬candles. As ‫ רש"י‬himself explained earlier that ‫ אברהם‬recognized '‫ הר המורי‬as being a special place, because he saw a cloud above it. ANSWER: The ‫ פסוק‬says that ‫ יצחק‬brought ‫ רבקה‬to the tent of ‫שרה‬, his mother: ‫הָ אֹהֱ לָה שָ ָרה אִ מֹו‬. QUESTION: What compels ‫ רש"י‬to write that ‫ יצחק‬saw __________ at all, and specifically these 3 miracles? 3 miracles that happened when ‫ שרה‬was alive, returned with ‫רבקה‬: 1. ➢ So ‫ רש"י‬writes that there was a cloud hovering above her tent 2.
