So ‫ חֻ קַּ ת הַּ ּתֹורָ ה‬is a level in Torah which is categorised by ‘Engraved letters’, and this level surpasses ‫ ּתֹורָ ה שֶׁ בִ כְ תָ ב‬- ‘The written Torah’ ‫ ז‬and ‫ ּתֹורָ ה שֶׁ בְ עַּ ל פֶׁ ה‬- ‘The Oral Torah’.‫ח‬ ‫ ד‬The Chassidishe Parsha: The twenty-four books of Tenach which are section of Likkutei Torah and Torah the Chamisha Chumshei Torah, Or on the weekly Parsha is referred Neviim & Kesuvim.
