מי כאן הבוס האמיתי? למה החרדה שלך היא טעות רוחנית

דאגה היא סימן להיחלשות הקשר עם הבורא

The Trap of Hypercontrol

A person consumed by anxiety behaves as if the entire world rests on their shoulders. They try to calculate every step, anticipate every failure, and insure against every risk. The Rebbe called this state "confusion of thoughts" — when the mind races between dozens of scenarios, finding peace in none of them. The root of the problem is that such a person forgets the essential truth: the Almighty governs not only global processes — the movement of planets and the destinies of nations — but also the smallest details of each individual person's life. Every leaf that falls from a tree falls by the will of G-d. Every meeting, every phone call, every "coincidence" — all of these are elements of the Divine plan. When a person truly realizes this, anxiety loses its power over them.

Bitachon — Action, Not Waiting

Bitachon is not passively sitting with folded hands waiting for a miracle. It is an active inner state in which a person becomes a channel for Divine blessings. The Rebbe emphasized: one must work, plan, seek medical treatment — perform all necessary actions in the material world. But the heart must remain free from fear. The hands do their work, while the soul knows: the outcome is determined not by my cleverness or my intellect, but by the will of the Creator. Bitachon is the bridge between human effort and blessing from Above. Without this bridge, even the grandest plans crumble to dust, but with it, even a modest effort bears fruit that exceeds all expectations.

A Practical Conclusion

The Rebbe taught: the quality of trust directly determines the volume of success. The deeper your trust in G-d, the wider the channel through which blessings flow. The Rebbe advised to "detach" from earthly calculations — not in the sense of inaction, but in the sense of inner freedom from dependence on outcomes. Recognize that the Almighty is absolute good, and He cares for you personally. Not for humanity in general, not for the Jewish people as a whole — but specifically for you, here and now. This thought, if you allow it to penetrate truly deeply, is capable of dissolving any anxiety and filling your life with calm confidence.
