One who sincerely relies on the Creator transcends natural laws and the "dictatorship of nature." God can annul any astrological signs and change "fate" if a person draws closer to Him.
The Price of Superstition
If, however, a person begins studying horoscopes and building their life based on predictions, they voluntarily submit to the power of these forces. God removes His personal governance from such a person and leaves them to the mercy of "chance" and the movement of celestial bodies. Thus, belief in horoscopes becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, turning a free soul into a slave of physical processes.
